Dear Spring, please come again!

Spring usually arrives in my town in March, every single year. But now winter is the queen of my city. I love snow very much, even if it is very cold and I can't wear my frilly dresses and my sandals.

I think that spring is a miracle of nature, because everything comes to life again, after a long period of freezing weather. Plants and animals wait for us in the woods, where the fresh air is perfect for everybody.

I love spring and it's my favorite season. Everything smells so good. Flowers are all over and Mother's Day is so special. Maybe this priod of the year makes it so special.

Please, spring, come again! I need you!

THE FOREST (Radu Oana)

Only ten trees are planted here.

Nine flowers dance "Hula".

Eight ladybugs paint the trees.

Seven birds sing on the scene.

Six buds want to blossom.

Five hedgehogs look at the sky.

Four deer eat quietly.

Three bears are fond of honey.

Two rabbits are terrified.

And one snowdrop comes to life.

It isn't too hard to count in the forest,

There aren’t too many joys remained.

The Earth is called’’ The Green Planet’’ because it’s got a lot of vegetation. It rotates around its axes and revolves around the sun. Other planets are: Mars, Neptune, Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto, Mercury, Venus, and Uranus.

Our galaxy is called ‘’ The Milky Way’’. The people on the earth are very intelligent and creative, however , they aren’t very wise, because they’ve destroyed our planet. They made it not a healthy place to live on. They have polluted everything. They have made and used atomic bombs. They’ve also used most of oils and earth’s coal. They’ve killed a lot of animals for their meat, fur or skin. They’ve cut down trees and they haven’t planted new ones instead, so the animals had no place to live. The humans have destroyed the animals habitat; about 25% of them may be extinct by the year 2030.

Acid Rain- gases with chemicals mix with water in the air. The mixture travels for hundreds of miles and finally falls back to earth. Because the acid rain contains a lot of chemicals, it kills fish and trees.

The green house effect- some gases and chemicals stay in the air like a blanket around the world. Because of this blanket, the climate is getting hotter.

Tricks to protect the earth:

Make it a full load! Run your dishwasher only when it’s full. Don’t pre-rinse dishes- test show pre-rinsing doesn’t improve dishwasher cleaning, and you’ll save as much as 20 gallons of water per load. When you buy a new dishwasher, look for one that saves water. Water efficient models use only about 4 gallons per wash.

Don’t throw away everything! You can recycle even an old computer.

If you don’t need a light , turn it off. Not to  save money; to save energy.

A STORY WITH CATS

         One day a cat , named Gum, was near her tomcat, Chew-ing. She told him: “ Hey, I want to tell you something. I will have some kittens…”

         Hardly had she finished, when the tomcat immediately replied:” Oh, some kittens… I don’t really know  what your master is going to say…Alex loves cats, but his mother…”

        Gum was sad thinking that Alex’s mother was going to throw them away into the street.

A fairy heard her and she talked to Alex’s mother. She said:” No way! Kittens? In my house?? Don’t even think about it!”

        Alex was very sad; he was walking in the street with his cats. Suddenly, the cats pulled him quickly out of the way; a car blew up! But they were ok, they were not dead! They were so lucky to be alive!

Alex told his mother everything, and she was grateful to the cats and decided to keep the kittens.

           And guess what: she loved the kittens

I’m a cat!

I am sleeping all day long,

I’ve got a big tail,

And I can use the yahoo mail.

I don’t like eating very much

Because i know that I’ll get fat.

Have you ever eaten rat?

I like playing with the toy-mouse.

I prefer staying in the house.

When you touch my fur.

I’m always clean,

I’m the queen,

And I like sardine.

I also live about sixteen.

I’m afraid of vacuum cleaner,

Ok, good bye now, I’m going to eat my dinner!

            I am a lion.I live at the Zoo.I’m very sad because I suffer an horible tratament here.I am locked in an uncomfortable cage with a small garden.I can make only two steps in this garden.I can’t run or hunt animals like my parents do.Here I eat bad food.I can’t breathe fresh air like the air of savana.I haven’t friends ,only a monkey  understands me.        

            The people who want to see me aren’t always nicely.Some children throw stick at me.

            I am a living being! I want to be loved!I want respect! I want to be free!

          

The tramp

        Hi! My name is Roxy and I am a husky puppy. I was abandoned last year. Actually, I’m a tramp. After my masters left me, I was very sad and I was very hungry, too. I went to search some food, but the people hit me and also raced me, except for a little girl. In my view, the people are very bad, except this girl. She was very good to me. First of all, she brought me food and water every day and secondly, she gave me a cover. Sometimes, she played with me and I was very happy. I loved this girl and I think she loved me, too. But, one day, she disappeared. In fact, I think she moved to another school or to another city.

In conclusion, I’m a tramp, again. The story is repeating.

I’m looking for food and for water and sometimes, the people hit me.  Besides this, I’m looking for a good master.

            Can you help me, please? Do you know someone who can love a sad puppy?

A WHITE TIGER

Hi! My name is Jane and I am a white tiger. I live in a zoo next to a park. I’ll tell you my life story. I was taken from my parents when I was 1 year old. Since then, I haven’t heard anything of them. Some unfriendly people took me to a room on wheels which they called ,,car’’. Then, they took me to the zoo and I was locked in a cage, not very big and not very comfortable. The food they gave me is not very good, and every day other people come to see me. I’ve  made friends with another tiger which is in the same cage. Please help me find my  parents and get back home!

                Hi,I'm a giraffe.I am thirtheen years old.I am a tall animal,intelligent,beautiful and friendly animal.I want to tell you the story of my life.Once I used to live in the jungle.There i staye with my family.There I had a woanderful life.I liked to run whit my friends and my family in the mornings.I liked to drink water from the spings.I slep out under the free sky.While my mother tried to find food, for exemple meat,freash grass,we were playing whit the mokeys,parrots and elephants.In our view we must to do everything together.All was wonderful until one day when some people came with axes,swars and kids.These evil men were shoating whatever animal came in their way,they cut down all trees and took to the zoo the most beautiful animal.I was among those animals,I with my family.I was scared at first but now I am used to it.I stay in the some cage with my family.I tell you,honestly,I feel better here than in the jungle.I'm sorry than people have destroyed nature and killed animals,but can't change anything.Now I stay here where the people put me and they give me food instean of running in the jungle,drinking water of the springs.This is my story,the story of the giraffe.

                Hi.My name is Peach.I am a panda bear.Let me tell you my story,it all started a long time ago…

               It was a beautiful day.I was with my parents.We had bamboo for lunch.All of a sudden I heard a noise.Steps were,but not a panda bear‘s steps.I was so scared that I hid under a bunch of leaves.The tall creatures took my mom and my dad.I wanted to cry,but I didn’t.Mom and dad screamedwhile they put them in two separated bags.The tall creatures left.I was all alone.Scared,I tried to follow them, but I never found them.I still wish to find them,I miss them so much.I walked aimlessly in the forest for a couple of days.I tried to eat,but I couldn’t find anything.I forgot where the bamboo was.I was very sad andI lay down.All of a sudden I heard footsteps.I thought that the bad tall creatures had come and they would take me too.They took me and placed me in a cage.I closed my eyes,I was sleepy.

              When I woke up I was in a place that looked like the forest,with food and water.And other panda bears! They told me that I was safe,that those people wouldn’t hurt me.That they saved me.
